By using Get Bob, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
• Use the Service only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Not abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service

2. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all code, designs, and other content you create or upload while using Get Bob. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership over your intellectual property.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to connect third-party tools (e.g., GitHub, Figma), you’re responsible for understanding their terms. We’ll only access necessary information to support the integration.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of Get Bob may require a paid subscription.

• You agree to the pricing and billing terms at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time, but partial refunds are not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Beta Features

You understand that some parts of the Service may be labeled as “beta,” “experimental,” or “early access.” These features may:

• Contain bugs or errors
• Be changed or removed at any time
• Not meet production-level reliability or performance

Use beta features at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security or legal risk
• You request account deletion

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by Get Bob and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uptime, reliability, or freedom from bugs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Get Bob will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any)

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Bob and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts in that state for resolution of any dispute.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
